These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of interiAssist (“interiAssist”, “we”, “our”, or “the Platform”).
By accessing or using interiAssist, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
interiAssist is a business-to-business (B2B) professional directory and discovery platform designed to connect interior designers, studios, and design support professionals.
The Platform enables users to create professional listings, browse the directory, connect through messaging, share portfolios, and optionally post project opportunities.
1. Eligibility
- Users must be 18 years or older
- Users must be legally capable of entering binding contracts
- Platform use is strictly professional and commercial
2. User Accounts
- Accurate information is required during registration
- Users are responsible for maintaining account security
- InteriAssist may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
3. Platform Nature & Scope
We provide:
- Professional profiles and directories
- Optional project and opportunity listing features
- Portfolio hosting
- Messaging features
- Skill badges and recommended badge pathways & learning resources
InteriAssist is not:
- An employer
- A recruiter
- A broker or agent
- A payment processor

Membership Disclaimer
Membership names indicate platform access levels only and do not represent licensing, certification, accreditation, or regulatory status.
The term “Designer” does not imply that a user is a licensed or regulated interior designer in any jurisdiction.
Users are responsible for complying with local professional or licensing requirements.
5. Public Profiles & Contact Information
Design Support Pro Profile Requirements:
To ensure accurate directory filtering and search functionality, certain profile information may be required during registration or profile completion. This may include, but is not limited to:
Timezone or location
Software expertise
Proficiency level
Service categories
Hourly rate or pricing range
This required information supports directory search, filtering, and professional discoverability. Completion of mandatory profile fields may be necessary to access certain features, including messaging and posting project opportunities.
Users may optionally choose to display additional contact details such as phone numbers, email addresses, websites, or social media links. Sharing direct contact information is entirely at the user’s discretion.
interiAssist is not responsible for how other users use publicly shared information or for communications and agreements occurring outside the Platform.
Profile Completion Requirements (Free Directory Access)
Users registering under the Free Directory Access tier must complete certain mandatory profile fields in order to activate, publish, or maintain a public listing within the Directory.
The following information is required:
Full name
Company or Studio name
Country and timezone (selected from provided dropdown options)
Primary software used (selected from available checkboxes)
Work type (Residential, Commercial, or Both)
In addition, users must provide at least one professional profile link from the following:
Website
Instagram
Behance
LinkedIn
Failure to complete the required fields may result in restricted access to directory visibility, posting functionality, or other related features.
Additional contact details beyond the required fields are optional and may be displayed at the user’s discretion.
interiAssist reserves the right to update, modify, or enforce profile completion requirements as necessary to maintain directory functionality, search accuracy, and platform standards.
InteriAssist is not responsible for:
- How other users use publicly shared information
- Communications or interactions occurring outside the platform
6. Independent Engagements & Due Diligence
Users are responsible for:
- Verifying skills, experience, and legitimacy
- Deciding whom to work with
- Defining scope, timelines, deliverables, and fees
7. Payments & Financial Transactions
InteriAssist:
- Does not process payments
- Does not provide escrow
- Does not handle disputes
8. User Responsibilities
Users must:
- Avoid misrepresentation
- Obtain permission before sharing client work
- Use platform features professionally
9. Intellectual Property
- Users retain ownership of uploaded content.
- Users grant interiAssist a non-exclusive license to display content within the platform.
10. Prohibited Activities
- Data scraping
- Copyright infringement
- Harassment or discrimination
- Fraudulent job listings
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- User conduct
- Service quality
- Payment disputes
- Freelance disagreements
12. Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms.

Up to 6 months of free Pro access may be offered during beta.
- Access ends when beta ends
- Late beta users receive remaining time only
- Paid billing begins unless cancelled
15. Affiliate & Third-Party Programs
interiAssist may feature recommended courses, software tools, educational providers, or other third-party services within the Platform.
Some of these links may be affiliate links, meaning interiAssist may earn a commission if a user purchases through those links.
This does not increase the cost to the user.
interiAssist:
Does not own or control third-party services
Is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or performance
Does not guarantee outcomes from external programs
Users engage with third-party providers at their own discretion and risk.
interiAssist makes no warranties regarding third-party services and disclaims liability for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from engagement with such providers.
