About Us
InteriAssist was shaped by years of working closely with interior designers, studios, and design support teams across real-world projects.
I have formal training in interior design, with a BA (Hons) in Interior Design from Staffordshire University (UK) and an MS in Interior Architecture from the Boston Architectural College (USA). While education provided a strong foundation, most of my experience comes from hands-on production and support work within the interior design industry.
For over 8 years, I’ve worked as a design support professional, collaborating with interior designers worldwide on CAD documentation, 3D modeling, renderings, sourcing, and production workflows — the operational work that allows design businesses to run efficiently.
Alongside this, I’ve spent 6+ years teaching SketchUp and digital workflows to both students and design professionals, helping them improve efficiency, adopt new tools, and strengthen technical capabilities across active projects.
This combination of industry training, production support, and workflow education provides a practical perspective on how interior design businesses actually operate — and the challenges they face when finding reliable, skilled support.
That perspective directly informed the development of InteriAssist.
