- Platform use is strictly professional and commercial

- InteriAssist may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

- Job posting and discovery tools
- Portfolio hosting
- Messaging and community features
- Skill badges and learning resources
InteriAssist is not:
- An employer
- A recruiter
- A broker or agent
- A payment processor

Membership Disclaimer
Membership names indicate platform access levels only and do not represent licensing, certification, accreditation, or regulatory status.
The term “Designer” does not imply that a user is a licensed or regulated interior designer in any jurisdiction.
Users are responsible for complying with local professional or licensing requirements.
5. Public Profiles & Contact Information
Users may choose to display contact details such as phone numbers, email addresses, websites, or social links.
Sharing contact information is optional and at the user’s discretion.
InteriAssist is not responsible for:
- How other users use publicly shared information
- Communications or interactions occurring outside the platform
6. Independent Engagements & Due Diligence
Users are responsible for:
- Verifying skills, experience, and legitimacy
- Deciding whom to work with
- Defining scope, timelines, deliverables, and fees
7. Payments & Financial Transactions
InteriAssist:
- Does not process payments
- Does not provide escrow
- Does not handle disputes
8. User Responsibilities
Users must:
- Avoid misrepresentation
- Obtain permission before sharing client work
- Use platform features professionally
9. Intellectual Property
- Users retain ownership of uploaded content.
- Users grant interiAssist a non-exclusive license to display content within the platform.
10. Prohibited Activities
- Data scraping
- Copyright infringement
- Harassment or discrimination
- Fraudulent job listings
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- User conduct
- Service quality
- Payment disputes
- Freelance disagreements
