These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of interiAssist (“we”, “our”, “the Platform”).
By accessing or using interiAssist, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

interiAssist is a business-to-business (B2B) professional connection platform.

1. Eligibility

  • Users must be 18 years or older
  • Users must be legally capable of entering binding contracts
  • Platform use is strictly professional and commercial

2. User Accounts

  • Accurate information is required during registration
  • Users are responsible for maintaining account security
  • InteriAssist may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

3. Platform Nature & Scope

InteriAssist operates solely as a connection and discovery platform.

We provide:

  • Professional profiles and directories
  • Job posting and discovery tools
  • Portfolio hosting
  • Messaging and community features
  • Skill badges and learning resources

InteriAssist is not:

  • An employer
  • A recruiter
  • A broker or agent
  • A payment processor
We do not supervise work, manage projects, or guarantee outcomes.

Membership Disclaimer

Membership names indicate platform access levels only and do not represent licensing, certification, accreditation, or regulatory status.

The term “Designer” does not imply that a user is a licensed or regulated interior designer in any jurisdiction.

Users are responsible for complying with local professional or licensing requirements.

5. Public Profiles & Contact Information

Users may choose to display contact details such as phone numbers, email addresses, websites, or social links.

Sharing contact information is optional and at the user’s discretion.

InteriAssist is not responsible for:

  • How other users use publicly shared information
  • Communications or interactions occurring outside the platform

6. Independent Engagements & Due Diligence

All professional engagements are independent.

Users are responsible for:

  • Verifying skills, experience, and legitimacy
  • Deciding whom to work with
  • Defining scope, timelines, deliverables, and fees
InteriAssist does not conduct background checks or financial verification.

7. Payments & Financial Transactions

All project payments occur outside the interiAssist platform unless explicitly stated.

InteriAssist:

  • Does not process payments
  • Does not provide escrow
  • Does not handle disputes
All payment or freelance issues are strictly between users.

8. User Responsibilities

Users must:

  • Avoid misrepresentation
  • Obtain permission before sharing client work
  • Use platform features professionally

9. Intellectual Property

  • Users retain ownership of uploaded content.
  • Users grant interiAssist a non-exclusive license to display content within the platform.

10. Prohibited Activities

  • Data scraping
  • Copyright infringement
  • Harassment or discrimination
  • Fraudulent job listings

11. Limitation of Liability

InteriAssist is provided “as is.”

We are not liable for:

  • User conduct
  • Service quality
  • Payment disputes
  • Freelance disagreements
All use is at the user’s own risk.

12. Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

14. Free Beta Access

Up to 6 months of free Pro access may be offered during beta.
  • Access ends when beta ends
  • Late beta users receive remaining time only
  • Paid billing begins unless cancelled
